I was visiting the area from out of town and experienced some car trouble. I called Jones Auto Care and they got me in immediately. They were very pleasant to work with, and were extremely accommodating. The work was done quickly and well, and at a fair price.

I called Jones to ask them if they could quote making a tailpipe for my 2011 BMW X5. I took the muffler off, but could not source the same sized pipe as OEM locally. I stopped in, Jeremy, the service writer, gave me a quick quote, then I asked him when they may have time to do it. Lucky enough they had time then. The work the tech completed was exactly as I had told to him, the quote was exact, and the quality of work was very good. I would recommend this auto repair shop to anyone. I waited for the repairs, and while in the waiting room the owner came in the office a few times and was very friendly. It seems like almost everyone who came in to get their vehicles knew each other. Very good atmosphere, very exceptional shop.
