I question the negative review, back to the individual and what they are trying to accomplish. I have witnessed people get bent out of shape when they hear that they cannot buy a handgun without first taking a class and paying for a HQL. This is not the rules of Baltimore's Best Pawn; these are state laws. I have gotten to know the guys that work there. I came in as a novice ( a few years back) and was looking for some education. They (Joel, Dan and Ken) took the time to explain the difference in some of the handguns. In fact, they down sold me to a less expensive gun then the one I was looking to purchase. They are nice, good guys. I have referred numerous people there to purchase handguns and they have been very happy. I have not used them on the pawn side of the business; so, I can't speak from experience. However, I can say all my experiences show very honorable guys.
I have found the owners to be very nice and very helpful in my experience buying in-store items and a special order. I drive a long way to get there just to do business as a result.
These guys are great. My favorite place to buy a gun in Carroll County.
