Most of the trailers are very well kept up and clean.
Pretty average the house I was in was pretty nice
Bought a manufactured home and moved here from PA. The apartments in this area are tiny and at LEAST $1200.00 a month. My home is huge and costs me less. and I have a small yard which is really nice. The people who run this park, Brett and Dez, are very nice. Strict (as they should be other wise it would probably fall apart) but they keep on top of things and keep the grounds neat and clean. A few of the homes are quite old and getting pretty run down, so it could look a lot nicer in that respect, but it's pretty quiet and the folks are here are very nice hometown kind of people.
I like this place because the people are friendly and the atmosphere could be cleaner and more scenic but overall its a nice place.
